You may be wondering why we offer products at such affordable prices. By combining smart sourcing and direct delivery from suppliers, we can keep costs relatively low and sell our products at a good price.

Order and payment

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is very easy. Simply click the “Add to Cart” button below the product you want to order. You will be automatically redirected to the shopping cart. Click on “Checkout”, enter your address details and pay securely and at no additional cost using one of the various payment methods we offer.

Is it safe to order?

Of course it is! All orders you place on our website are processed securely.

I live abroad. Can I order from here?

Yes, but delivery may take a little longer than in Norway.

How can I pay?

There are several ways to pay for your order. Below you will find the currently supported payment methods.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Of course it is! All payments on our website are processed over a secure connection, regardless of the payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order, you have the option to cancel it within 24 hours of placing it.

Delivery

How much are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

All orders are free and our average delivery time is 5-15 business days.

As we ship our products directly from our supplier, this means a slightly longer delivery time than you may be used to.

My tracking number does not provide any information, why?

Tracking information will be available from the time your package arrives at the carrier. Please note that there may be some delay, but it will not be more than a few days.

Can I have my order delivered to my place of work?

Yes you can. Simply provide your name and address before placing your order. This can be your home or work address, but don’t forget to write your name carefully.

The expected delivery time has been exceeded, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that the delivery of an order is delayed.

There are products missing from my order. How is that possible?

Since we work with different suppliers, the products may be delivered separately in different packages. If products are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am not satisfied with my order. How can I return them?

That is of course possible. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

As a customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that all customers send a tracked return as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Please note that returns of underwear, swimwear and beauty products are not possible due to hygiene reasons.

Why can’t underwear, masks, toiletries and beauty products be returned?

Underwear, masks and cosmetic items are considered hygiene items. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and refuse returns of underwear, masks, toiletries and cosmetic items to ensure the safety of all our customers. We are not alone, other suppliers of underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products also do not allow returns for the same reason.

I received a defective or incorrect product. What should I do?

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us as soon as possible via email help@mhatrade.com and we will do our best to help you.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours and resolve your case to the best of our ability.

Where should I send my return orders?

All returns must be shipped back to our Asia store at the customer’s expense. We follow these rules to reduce carbon emissions and prevent unnecessary orders from being placed and returned.
