Return Policy

Satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. 

Below is the procedure for returning the product:

  1. Please include your order number and reason for return in the message.
  2. You will receive a return address and a return form from us. Please send the package with tracking.

**We require a tracking number for returns. Without a tracking number, we cannot verify the tracking information for your package and cannot provide appropriate service. **

      3. Pack the product carefully and return it to the address you received from us. Make sure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

      4.We will refund the purchase price to the specified account within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Note : The return policy only applies to products returned in their original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging has been damaged, we cannot accept a return or refund.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, we will be happy to help you return the product. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.

If the product is damaged or the packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to try the product, we may dispose of the product for you. So please be careful with the product and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.

Note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our shop in Asia. Please ensure that the product is sent as a registered shipment with tracking so that we can offer our return service.

Note: Underwear, swimwear, and beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
